A: We use standard export sea-worthy packaging. The inner layer has waterproof paper, the outer layer is iron-wrapped, and the whole is secured with a fumigation wooden pallet. This ensures protection from corrosion and various climatic changes during ocean transport.

A: Our online service hours are generally from 8:00 to 22:00 Beijing time. Inquiries made after 22:00 will be addressed the following working day.
