A: Kindly provide the grade, width, thickness, surface treatment requirements (if any), and the quantities you wish to purchase.
Q3: It's my first time importing steel products. Can you help?
A: Of course! We have agents to arrange the shipment and will work alongside you throughout the process.
Q4: What ports of shipment are available?
A: Typically, we ship from Shanghai, Tianjin, Qingdao, and Ningbo ports. However, you can specify other ports according to your requirements.

A: Prices vary due to periodic changes in raw material costs.
Q6: What are your terms of payment?
A: For payments <= 1000 USD, we require 100% in advance. For payments >= 1000 USD, we require 30% T/T in advance, with the balance due before shipment, or based on BL copy or LC at sight.

A: Yes, we do. If you have your own designs, we can manufacture according to your specifications and drawings.

A: We hold ISO 9001 and MTC certifications. Third-party inspections such as SGS and BV are also available.

Q13: How are the products packed?
A: Our products are packed in standard export-worthy packaging, with an inner layer of waterproof paper, an outer layer of iron packaging, and secured with a fumigation wooden pallet. This ensures effective protection against corrosion and various climatic conditions during ocean transport.
Q14: What are your working hours?
A: Our online service hours are generally from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Beijing time. Inquiries made after 10:00 PM will be addressed the following working day.
