The galvanized and color coating on the surface of PPGI effectively protect the steel from being corroded by the atmosphere, rain or some chemicals. Therefore, PPGI Coil and Sheet are widely used in construction, decoration, manufacturing and other fields.

Color coated plate, also known as PPGI/PPGL . Color coated steel plate is cold rolled steel plate and galvanized steel plate as the base plate, after surface pretreatment (degreasing, cleaning, chemical conversion treatment), in a continuous method of coating (roller coating method), after baking and cooling products. The coated steel plate has light weight, beautiful appearance and good anti-corrosion performance, and can be directly processed, it provides a new raw material for the construction industry, shipbuilding industry, vehicle manufacturing industry, household appliances industry, electrical industry and so on. It has played a good effect of replacing wood with steel, efficient construction, energy saving and pollution prevention.

A: Standard export sea-worthy packaging, the inner layer has a waterproof paper outer layer with iron packaging and is fixed with a fumigation wooden pallet. It can effectively protect products from corrosion and various climate changes during ocean transportation.
