This innovative technology guarantees superior quality by refining liquid steel, which is subsequently poured into ingot molds to create various ingots. These ingots are then forged or rolled into diverse forms, including plates, strips, bars, and sections with different cross-sectional shapes. Typically, carbon steel is used in its hot-rolled state. However, for the creation of tools and specialized machinery parts, carbon steel undergoes bespoke heat treatments to meet stringent specifications. Most steel castings also benefit from specialized heat treatments to enhance their properties.
