Crafted by passing the Full Hard sheet, treated with acid washing and rolling processes, through a zinc pot, it receives a robust zinc film on its surface. This process endows it with remarkable corrosion resistance, exceptional paintability, and outstanding workability-a true reflection of Zinc's unique properties. Typically, the processes and specifications of hot-dipped galvanized steel sheets and coils are quite similar. The hot-dip galvanizing technique applies a protective zinc coating to steel or iron sheets, effectively preventing rust. Thanks to zinc's self-sacrificing characteristic, our product boasts unparalleled anti-corrosion properties, excellent paintability, and superior processability. Customers can choose and produce their desired amount of zinc gilded layers, particularly thick zinc layers up to a maximum of 275g/m2. Depending on the skin pass treatment, our sheets can be classified as either zero spangle or extra smooth.
