A: For payments ≤ 1000USD, full payment is required in advance. For payments ≥ 1000USD, we accept 30% T/T in advance, with the balance due before shipment or based on the BL copy or LC at sight.

Q13: How are the products packed?
A: We use standard export sea-worthy packaging. The inner layer is protected with waterproof paper, the outer layer is secured with iron, and it is fixed on a fumigated wooden pallet. This ensures protection against corrosion and climate changes during ocean transportation.
Q14: What are your working hours?
A: Our online service hours are from 8:00 to 22:00 Beijing time. Inquiries received after 22:00 will be addressed the following working day.
