A: Kindly provide the grade, width, thickness, surface treatment requirements, and the quantities you wish to purchase.

A: Typically, we ship from Shanghai, Tianjin, Qingdao, and Ningbo ports. However, you can specify other ports according to your needs.

A: For payments <= 1000USD, we require 100% in advance. For amounts >= 1000USD, we accept 30% T/T in advance, with the balance due before shipment, based on BL copy, or via LC at sight.

Q13: How are the products packed?
A: We use standard export sea-worthy packaging. The inner layer is waterproof paper, the outer layer is iron packaging, and everything is secured with a fumigation wooden pallet. This effectively protects the products from corrosion and various climate changes during ocean transportation.
Q14: What are your working hours?
A: Our online service hours are generally from 8:00 to 22:00 Beijing time. After 22:00, we will respond to your inquiries the next working day.
