A: For orders <= 1000 USD, we require 100% advance payment. For orders >= 1000 USD, we require 30% T/T in advance, with the balance due before shipment, or based on BL copy or an LC at sight.

Q13: How are the products packed?
A: Our products are packed in standard export sea-worthy packaging. The inner layer consists of waterproof paper, the outer layer is iron packaging, and the package is secured with a fumigation wooden pallet to effectively protect against corrosion and climatic changes during ocean transportation.
Q14: What are your working hours?
A: Our online service hours are generally from 8:00 to 22:00 Beijing time. After 22:00, we will respond to your inquiry on the next working day.
