A: For payments <=1000USD, we require 100% in advance. For payments >=1000USD, we require a 30% T/T in advance, with the balance due before shipment, or based on the BL copy or an LC at sight.

A: Absolutely. All our products undergo stringent quality testing before packaging. Unqualified products are destroyed, and customers can also appoint third-party inspectors for product checks before loading.
Q13: How are the products packed?
A: Our products are packed in standard export sea-worthy packaging. The inner layer has waterproof paper, an outer layer with iron packaging, and is secured with a fumigation wooden pallet. This effectively protects the products from corrosion and various climatic changes during ocean transportation.
Q14: What are your working hours?
A: Our online service hours are from 8:00 to 22:00 Beijing time. Inquiries received after 22:00 will be responded to the next working day.
