A: For payments ≤1000USD, we require 100% in advance. For payments ≥1000USD, we require 30% T/T in advance, with the balance due before shipment, based on the BL copy, or via LC at sight.

A: Yes, if you have your own design, we can manufacture according to your specifications and drawings.

A: Our products are certified by ISO 9001 and MTC. Third-party inspections such as SGS and BV are also available.

A: Generally, our delivery time is within 7-15 days. However, it may extend if the order quantity is exceptionally large or under special circumstances.

Q12: Is there a quality inspection before the products are loaded?
A: Certainly. All our products undergo rigorous quality testing before packaging. Any unqualified products are discarded. Additionally, customers are welcome to appoint third-party inspections before loading.
Q13: How are the products packed?
A: We use standard export sea-worthy packaging. The inner layer is protected with waterproof paper, the outer layer with iron packaging, and the product is secured on a fumigation wooden pallet. This ensures effective protection against corrosion and varying climate conditions during ocean transportation.
Q14: What are your working hours?
A: Our online service hours are from 8:00 to 22:00 Beijing Time. Inquiries received after 22:00 will be addressed the next working day.
