Q13:How are the products packed?
A:We use standard export sea-worthy packaging. The inner layer has waterproof paper, the outer layer has iron packaging, and the products are fixed with a fumigation wooden pallet. This effectively protects the products from corrosion and various climate changes during ocean transportation.

A:Generally, our online service hours are Beijing time: 8:00-22:00. After 22:00, we will respond to your inquiry on the following working day.
