The hot-dip galvanizing technique involves the application of a protective zinc coating to guard against rust. This ensures unparalleled anti-corrosion features, enhanced paintability, and excellent processability due to zinc's self-sacrificial attributes. Customization options are available to achieve the desired zinc coating thickness, with maximum zinc layers reaching up to 275g/m2. These products can be classified as zero spangle or extra smooth, contingent on the completion of skin pass treatment.
