A: For payments <= 1000 USD, 100% in advance. For payments >= 1000 USD, 30% T/T in advance, with the balance due before shipment or based on BL copy or LC at sight.

A: Absolutely, our products undergo strict quality testing before packaging. Any products that do not meet our standards are destroyed. Customers may also appoint third parties to inspect the products before loading.
Q13: How are the products packed?
A: Our products are packed with standard export sea-worthy packaging. The inner layer is protected with waterproof paper, the outer layer with iron packaging, and everything is secured with a fumigation wooden pallet. This ensures protection from corrosion and various climatic changes during ocean transport.
Q14: What are your working hours?
A: Generally, our online service hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Beijing time. Inquiries received after 10:00 PM will be addressed on the next working day.
