A: For payments <= 1000 USD, 100% in advance. For payments >= 1000 USD, 30% T/T in advance, with the balance due before shipment or based on BL copy or LC at sight.

A: Our products are packed with standard export sea-worthy packaging. The inner layer is protected with waterproof paper, the outer layer with iron packaging, and everything is secured with a fumigation wooden pallet. This ensures protection from corrosion and various climatic changes during ocean transport.
Q14: What are your working hours?
A: Generally, our online service hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Beijing time. Inquiries received after 10:00 PM will be addressed on the next working day.
