A: We use standard export sea-worthy packaging. The inner layer consists of waterproof paper, the outer layer is iron packaging, and it is fixed with a fumigation wooden pallet. This ensures effective protection from corrosion and various climate conditions during ocean transportation.

A: Generally, our online service time is from 8:00 to 22:00 Beijing time. Inquiries made after 22:00 will be responded to on the next working day.
