The introduction of state-of-the-art oxygen top blow converter technology is revolutionizing the field, gradually phasing out traditional open hearth methods. This cutting-edge technology ensures exceptional quality by refining liquid steel, subsequently poured into ingot molds to form various ingots. These ingots are then forged or rolled, morphing into diverse forms such as plates, strips, bars, and sections featuring different cross-sectional shapes. While carbon steel is generally used in its hot-rolled state, for the manufacture of tools and specialized machine parts, it undergoes customized heat treatments to meet specific requirements. Most steel castings also undergo specialized heat treatments to enhance their properties.

A: They are packed in standard export sea-worthy packaging. The inner layer features waterproof paper, the outer layer includes iron packaging, and it is all secured with a fumigated wooden pallet, protecting the products from corrosion and climate changes during ocean transportation.
