A: Typically, we ship from Shanghai, Tianjin, Qingdao, and Ningbo ports. However, you can specify other ports based on your requirements.

A: For payments <=1000USD, we require 100% in advance. For payments >=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance and the balance before shipment, or based on BL copy or LC at sight.

A: Our standard packaging is sea-worthy for export. The inner layer features waterproof paper, the outer layer is iron packaging, and the products are secured with fumigation wooden pallets. This ensures protection from corrosion and various climate conditions during ocean transport.

A: Typically, our online service hours are from 8:00 to 22:00 Beijing time. Inquiries received after 22:00 will be addressed the following working day.
