Q13: How are the products packed?
A: We use standard export sea-worthy packaging. The inner layer has waterproof paper, the outer layer is iron packaging, and the package is secured with a fumigated wooden pallet. This ensures the products are protected from corrosion and various climate changes during ocean transportation.
Q14: What are your working hours?
A: Generally, our online service operates from 8:00 to 22:00 Beijing time. Inquiries received after 22:00 will be addressed the next working day.
