A: For payments <=1000USD, we require 100% in advance. For payments >=1000USD, a 30% T/T in advance is required with the balance due before shipment. Alternatively, payment can be based on a BL copy or LC at sight.

A: Yes, we do! If you have your own design, we can produce according to your specifications and drawings.

A: Our products are packed in standard export sea-worthy packaging. The inner layer is protected with waterproof paper, the outer layer with iron packaging, and secured with a fumigated wooden pallet. This ensures effective protection against corrosion and various climatic conditions during ocean transportation.
Q14: What are your working hours?
A: Our online service hours are generally from 8:00 to 22:00 Beijing time. For inquiries received after 22:00, we will respond promptly on the next working day.
