Typically, the production processes and specifications for both hot-dipped galvanized steel sheets and coils align closely. Hot-dip galvanizing involves applying a zinc coating to steel or iron sheets to avert rusting. The zinc's self-sacrificing nature imparts excellent anti-corrosion, paintability, and processability. Clients can choose the desired zinc coating thickness, even up to a robust 275g/m2 layer. The product can be classified as either zero spangle or extra smooth, contingent upon undergoing a skin pass treatment.
