Q13: How are the products packed?
A: We use standard export sea-worthy packaging with a waterproof inner layer, iron packaging on the outer layer, and secure it with a fumigation wooden pallet. This ensures protection against corrosion and various climate conditions during ocean transport.
Q14: What are your working hours?
A: Our online service hours are from 8:00 to 22:00 Beijing time. Inquiries received after this time will be addressed on the next working day.
