Q13: How are the products packaged?
A: We use standard export sea-worthy packaging. The inner layer has waterproof paper, and the outer layer features iron packaging fixed with fumigated wooden pallets. This packaging effectively protects products from corrosion and various climate changes during ocean transportation.
Q14: What are your working hours?
A: Generally, our online service hours are from 8:00 to 22:00 Beijing time. After 22:00, we will respond to your inquiries on the next working day.
