This revolutionary technology ensures superior quality by refining liquid steel, which is then poured into ingot molds to form various ingots. These ingots undergo forging or rolling, transforming them into diverse forms such as plates, strips, bars, and sections with varying cross-sectional shapes. Typically, carbon steel is utilized in its hot-rolled state. However, for manufacturing tools and specialized machine parts, it undergoes tailored heat treatments to meet specific requirements. Most steel castings also benefit from specialized heat treatments to enhance their properties.

A: Our products are packed in standard export sea-worthy packaging. The inner layer consists of waterproof paper, the outer layer is iron packaging, and everything is secured with a fumigated wooden pallet to protect the products from corrosion and climate changes during ocean transportation.
