A: For payments <=1000USD, the full amount is required in advance. For payments >=1000USD, a 30% T/T in advance is needed, with the balance due before shipment or based on the BL copy or LC at sight.

A: Our products are packed in standard export sea-worthy packaging. The inner layer features waterproof paper, the outer layer is iron-wrapped, and the package is secured with a fumigated wooden pallet. This ensures protection against corrosion and climate changes during ocean transit.
Q14: What are your working hours?
A: Our online service hours are from 8:00 to 22:00 Beijing time. Inquiries received after 22:00 will be addressed the next working day.
