A: Our products are packed in standard export sea-worthy packaging. The inner layer features waterproof paper, the outer layer is secured with iron packaging, and the entire package is fixed on a fumigation wooden pallet. This ensures effective protection against corrosion and climate variations during ocean transportation.
Q14: What are your working hours?
A: Our online service hours are typically from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Beijing Time. Inquiries received after this time will be responded to the next working day.
