Q13: How are the products packed?
A: Our products are packed in standard export sea-worthy packaging. The inner layer has waterproof paper, and the outer layer is iron packaging fixed with a fumigation wooden pallet. This effectively protects the products from corrosion and various climate conditions during ocean transportation.
Q14: What are your working hours?
A: Our online service is available from 8:00 to 22:00 Beijing time. After 22:00, we will respond to your inquiries on the next working day.
